Visiting this website

This site is hosted by Google Sites and uses Google Analytics to help us understand how it's used. Google Analytics collects general information such as the pages you visit, the number of visitors, how you reached the site, the type of device you use and your approximate location. It uses cookies to do this. We don't use this information to identify individual visitors, and we've turned off advertising features and data sharing. Google may also collect technical data, such as IP addresses, under its own privacy policy.

Booking requests

When you submit our booking form, we collect the information you enter: [name, email, phone number, dates, number of guests, pets, etc...]. We use it only to manage your booking and communicate with you. Your responses are stored using Google Forms. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone outside the owners of Belmont Lake Life, other than Google as our service provider.

We add your booking dates (not your name or contact details) to our availability calendar so other guests can see which dates are taken. [Confirm this is true.]

How long we keep your information

We delete all data we hold, including analytics data and booking records, after 2 months. You can also ask us to delete your information sooner at any time by contacting us.
